Garth Gartin earned his Bachelor’s Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from West Virginia University in 2001. After spending five years working as a therapist providing services to children with special needs, Mr. Gartin obtained his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University of School Law in 2009. While in law school, Mr. Gartin was named Most Outstanding Student in the Civil and Family Justice Clinic.
Mr. Gartin was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania 2009 and is admitted to practice in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Gartin’s practice focuses on all aspects of tort, causality and insurance defense litigation including auto, premises liability, product liability and general liability claims, as well as defamation, class actions, construction, and §1983 civil rights claims.
