A skilled trial lawyer, Seth Black has tried over 35 cases to verdict in both federal and state courts throughout the Commonwealth. Seth has also been successful in defending those verdicts before the Pennsylvania appellate courts. In addition to his trial practice, Seth has also had the unique opportunity to submit white papers to the Pennsylvania General Assembly and provide amicus curiae materials to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Mr. Black is the Chair of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute’s Motor Vehicle Committee. He has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Black has served as part of the William W. Lipsitt American Inns of Court in Dauphin County. He also served as a guardianship monitor for the Dauphin County Orphans’ Court. He participates in the mentorship program at Widener University Commonwealth Law School and participates in guest lectures.
